I am retired and spend a lot of my time alone, except for my several Boston Terriers. I have homes in Minnesota and Arizona. Escaping the piles of snow and bitter cold in winter is a luxury. Returning home to Minnesota each spring is a privilege. Having loving family in Arizona and caring friends in Minnesota is priceless.
North Side Minneapolis - just across the street and a little south of me - there have been 15 homicides this year to date, BUT we should be encouraged. The overall major crime rate (rapes, larceny, robbery, etc.) is down 3%. Why am I not consoled?
